Web Application
To achieve the objectives of HealthSnap, we have used a research-driven, people-centered design approach. As a part of discovery phase, we performed the user research, competitor research, and stakeholder interviews to understand the opportunities and define the value proposition of the product meeting the needs of FQHCs. Thus, we sketched several navigation bar variants and finally chose a scheme with two solid bars divided by a thick line. This design was effective to avoid information overload and make the most important sections easily accessible by the users. Pods were incorporated to provide group chat and enable people to network and communicate within certain area of common interest or fields of work. The outcome is an easy to use, practical and aesthetic website specifically for the FQHC professionals.
Dual-Navigation System:
A clean design of two horizontal bars on top of each other to help improve website usability and, therefore, navigability.
Pods for Group Engagement:
Interest based groups and work related sectors for conversation and information exchange.
MVP Design System:
To achieve a well-integrated, effective design for the platform, med- and high-fidelity wireframes were used.
Onboarding Flow Optimization:
A simple and efficient process that was expected to quickly introduce the users to the system and at the same time capture the user requirements efficiently.
Since the purpose of having a platform is to strengthen professional relationships and promote better collaboration among FQHC professionals, there was need for tools that enable true engagement of the professionals. The problem was to design an environment that would promote interaction within corresponding areas of interest, allowing users to easily exchange experiences, ideas, and job offers while strengthening business connections within the relevant industry.
The Impact:
